Thanks for visiting from the Richmond SCORE website.  I have enjoyed volunteering as a legal speaker for Richmond SCORE for the last few years.  I think that SCORE is a very valuable resource for entrepreneurs just getting started as well as for business owners expanding and considering different growth strategies. 

I specialize in business law.  I am a business owner myself and have held a number of positions, both business and legal roles, in companies of different sizes and stages.  While I have served in typical legal positions as General Counsel for companies, I have also lead business development, sales, and marketing departments.  I think this business experience, in addition to my legal experience, gives me a unique vantage point on the issues you will face as you start and run your business.
