Bernie Dietz is a Virginia lawyer and Virginia business attorney with more than a dozen years of experience as both an attorney and a business executive, which gives him a unique view into the special needs of small to medium sized businesses.  He has worked in business development, sales, and marketing executive roles for internet, software, publishing and technology companies of many different sizes and stages of development.  He has also served as General Counsel and Associate General Counsel of several different technology and publishing companies.  During the late '90's, he assisted with venture capital fundraising for one of his companies that resulted in two rounds of financing totaling $95 million dollars.
